Best Wedding Make-up

I’ve done a few wedding makeup jobs in my time, as a makeup enthusiast its one of my favorite things to do. Before I did my first makeup job for a friend’s wedding, I made sure to get some sound advice from makeup artists on the best wedding makeup tips for the most beautiful bridal makeup.

Tip 1:

Less is not necessarily more, but bridal makeup does have to be a bit heavier than every day makeup simply because it needs to photograph well. This doesn’t mean that you go overboard and slap it all over your face, but knowing where to put the ‘more’ is the key:

  • Eyes – use “light-catching” eye-shadow (frosty colors are best) at the brow-bone arch, the centre of the eye-lid and the corner of the eye. This will create an optical illusion that the eye is fuller, wider and more defined.
  • Lips – another optical illusion for a pouty lip is the use the same highlight for the eyes in the centre of the lips. Simply press the shadow with a finger into the lipstick – this will not add color, but it will catch the light. You can also contour the lips by using a slightly darker tone in the corners of the mouth which will accentuate the pouty look.

Tip 2:

The best wedding makeup tip I’ve ever come across is to use an airbrush makeup foundation. There are major benefits from airbrushing which really have to be seen to be believed. Not only is the coverage supreme, but the products are really long lasting. Your makeup won’t budge throughout the entire wedding, reception or that one on one time with the new hubby! (Every bride’s dream) Contouring can also be done very easily with an airbrush and it often looks much more realistic than when done manually.

Tip 3:

Steer clear of red lips. Not only do neutral and pink colors look more subtle, but red lips are more likely to kiss-off and smudge. They can also make teeth look yellow. (gasp) The one thing I know is that brides want to look like the best version of themselves and they don’t want to have so much makeup on that they look like a complete stranger. You certainly don’t want to have to spend an hour taking off loads of caked-on makeup on your wedding night. For more wedding makeup tips and secrets take a look at the link below.

Selecting Your Wedding Hairstyle

As a bride you definitely want to look your best and all eyes will be on you all through the day. To look gorgeous from head to toe is a must and your hair is one of those things you should take seriously besides choosing a great looking gown. There are long lists of best bridal hairstyles and remembering a few things can help you make the right decision with your wedding hairstyles.

Match the hair with the gown

This is one of the most important things if you do not want to end up looking as though your hair is competing with the gown. Striking a match between the two is what you should focus on. If you have a modern chi dress, select a sleek blow out or hold your hair back. For a gown that has a country look or peasant dresses and high waist frocks choose curls for your hair and you can add tiny flowers to complete the curly look. Dramatic up dos on the other hand can turn out great for big ball gown type of dresses. Whatever you choose should match with the type of dress you have selected. The tip here is to choose your dress first before then finding the perfect hairstyle.

The length of your hair matters

This is something most brides forget even though it is very important. Some styles are best for long hair while others are more suitable for short hair. Wedding hairstyles for short hair are more popular, but you can also rock your wedding with amazing wedding hairstyles for long hair. For short locks, a mini barrette and a pixie make very good chic and simple wedding looks but the choices are numerous. For longer locks, buns, barrettes and petals are some amazing ideas. Your hairdresser can come in handy in giving you choices depending on the length of your hair. Fashion magazines can also be helpful sources for any length of hair.

Remember the veil

Apart from making sure that your wedding hairstyle matches with the dress, also remember the veil and how suitable the hairstyle is going to be for your veil. If you have chosen a style whose charm is lost under the veil, you can consider wearing fascinators which are back and trending. There are also fancy short bridal hats that can be worn but make sure that you choose the veil before you go for the hairstyle to keep limits at bay.

Understand your hair type

This is very important because even the simplest hairstyles look great on particular hair types. Very short hair or hair that is very fine can be tricky to work with but there are styles that best suit this kind of hair. Same goes for curly hair, which can be tricky to straighten and make skinny. Know which hairstyles your hair will hold without problems. You should actually consider booking a trial with your hairdresser to help make a great choice beforehand.

There are lots of easy wedding hairstyles and a good hairdresser should be able to help you make a good decision. Not all wedding hairstyles will look great on you so try several before settling for the best.

Choosing Your Wedding Shoes

Women have a strange relationship with their shoes. On a gloomy day, give the woman a pair of sexy high heels and all her blues will vanish into thin air! Since shoes can have such an impact on a woman’s psyche, she should think ten times when buying a pair for the happiest day of her life i.e. her wedding day. Everything, right from look to color to feel of the wedding shoes has to be perfect. The shoes should be such that they enhance the beauty of her dress and at the same time, make her so comfortable that she can truly enjoy her special day!

Tips for Selecting Your Wedding Shoe

Fashion and style, if you thought that these are the only two criteria for choosing wedding shoes, think again! You would need a whole lot of common sense to go with it, when selecting your wedding shoes. So, here is tip number one for selecting the perfect bridal shoe, look at the wedding venue and the weather in which the wedding is taking place. For instance, if it’s an outdoor wedding in the summers, strappy sandals would be a good choice and that too minus the pencil heels, as they might dig into the ground, making you uncomfortable while walking! On the other hand, if the wedding is in winters, closed shoes, which protect your feet from the cold, will be the ideal choice. Peep toes are one option that can go in any weather.

The kind of wedding that you have planned is an important criteria in determining your wedding shoes too. For instance, if you have planned a beach wedding or are having a casual affair, flip flops, which today are available in plethora of designs and colors, will suit your wedding dress. On the other hand, if you are having a formal wedding, at the church or at a banquet, go in for classy, elegant, high-heeled shoes or sandals.

Next, consider your wedding gown. Here, one very important tip is that when you are deciding on your wedding gown, take a pair of shoes which have the same heel lengths as the shoes that you plan to wear at the wedding. This will unsure that the shoes fit in nicely with the wedding dress. Secondly, when you set out for shoe shopping, carry a sample of your wedding gown fabric with you, so that the shoe color matches exactly with your wedding dress color. Remember, all white shades are not the same! Another thing to look for is the kind of embellishments that are there on the gown. If the gown is too lacy or has a lot of embroidery, crystals, etc. on it, go in for plain looking (yet smart) shoes, to even out the effect. However, if the wedding gown is slightly simple, go for fancy shoes with embellishments, to spice up the overall look!

Last, but not the least, choose the material of the shoes carefully. If you want a different kind of look, go in for leather shoes. If you want to look all feminine, get shoes made in fabrics such as silk, velvet, satin and lace. When choosing the fabric, see to it that it complements your wedding gown. The material of the hemlines will help you decide the fabric of your shoes. For instance, if the hemlines have lace on them, shoes made from the same would gel with it. On the other hand, if the wedding dress is made from a soft, shiny material, satin shoes would look more appealing.

Here’s hoping that with these tips, you will have a pair, which will make you feel desirable, happy and sexy, on the most special day of your life. One last tip before I sign off – walk in your wedding shoes a couple of times, before your wedding. This will ensure that you get used to them and there are no surprises or glitches on the D day!

How to Decorate Your Wedding Shoes

A few years back, the last thing on a bride’s mind, when planning her wedding, used to be her wedding shoes. Reason being that most brides opted for full-length wedding gowns, which concealed the footwear and hence, brides did not want to pay attention to something that no one could actually see! However, this trend is fast changing now, considering that so many brides today are opting for unconventional dresses which end at the knee, and flip flops, flat slippers, etc. instead of pumps, stilettos, and slingbacks, as footwear! Today’s brides are also very different in their thinking and want to wear and look the best on the most special day of their life, whether someone else notices or not! That’s why, lots of brides today are curious to know about ways to decorate their wedding shoes, so that they can brighten up and enhance the beauty of the otherwise very dull-looking, white shoes.

Pearls, Beads, Rhinestones, Lace…
The simplest thing that you can do is to add a few faux pearls or rhinestones or a delicate lace to them. For this, all you have to do is to get hot glue, put it on the area of the shoe where you want to add these embellishments and then stick them on. Choose amongst pearls, rhinestones, beads or lace, depending upon the wedding dress. If the dress has lace, use the same on the shoe. If the dress is a bit plain, add some rhinestones to up the glamor quotient. If you do not want to go over the top with embellishments, simply stick some beads to the shoe heels and give them an interesting twist!

Ribbons…
Add some colorful ribbons to your shoes. If your dress is knee or calf length, you can add the ribbons to your shoes, take them up to your lower leg and then tie attractive knots with them in the front, for everyone to see!

Painted Designs…
Want to attract the attention of all the invitees to your feet? Simply have a few unique designs painted on your white shoes in some bright color! You can either get it done by a friend who is good at painting or you can do it yourself by using stencils. Paint designs that are so you – fairies, butterflies, stars, paint anything or any symbol close to your heart!

Feathers…
Add feathers in different colors to your shoes. Stick a few in the front and some at the back, near the heel. The feathers can make the shoe look heavy, so consider this embellishment for a winter wedding or for a traditional wedding at the church.

Clip-on Accessories…
These days, there are clip-on accessories available, which are especially designed to enhance the look of wedding shoes. These accessories can be added to the straps of your shoes, to the toes and near the heel as well. You have a wide variety of designs and shapes in clip-on accessories to choose from. Flowers, hearts, stars – choose any shape and make your shoes attractive.

Silk Flowers…
Get a few flowers stitched in silk fabric and stick them on your shoes. Choose the same flowers as those you have selected for your wedding bouquet. Or get the flowers stitched in the same fabric color as is used in most of your wedding decorations. Stick these flowers on your wedding shoes, to lend them an airy, natural and spring feel.

Apart from decorating your wedding shoes, you should also choose the perfect one. So, when selecting shoes for your wedding, see to it that they are comfortable and weather/venue appropriate. For instance, do not go in for high-heeled shoes for a beach wedding as they will make you feel very uncomfortable. Also, once you have selected and decorated your wedding shoes, walk in them for a few days in your house, to get comfortable. This will ensure that you enjoy your wedding day to the fullest, without any worries, in your beautiful shoes!

How to Select a First Dance Song

The first dance at a wedding is one of the most pivotal moments of the night, as the couple shares a special moment on the dance floor that marks the beginning of the festivities and also of their life together. Many couples already have a favourite tune picked out for the big day, but for others, making the right choice can be much more difficult.

Although some couples do already have their own “song”, they may not feel that it is appropriate for a wedding setting or to dance to. On the other hand, some couples may not even have a song at all! For these brides and grooms, here are a few tips on choosing the right first dance song for you.

First of all, even if you have a first dance song and you believe it is too unconventional for your wedding, you may want to think again. Although you may be concerned about what others might think about dancing together to that cheesy 80s pop song that you and your partner have always loved, it is your wedding and you should feel free to select a tune that is the most meaningful to you.

If you are hiring a solo wedding singer, ask if he or she can prepare a rendition of the piece, which might make it more entertaining and original for all the guests. Otherwise, ask your DJ to play your unconventional choice as the first dance song, and prepare to not only to surprise you guests, but also to enjoy celebrating your union with a piece that means something to both of you.

If you prefer to go for something a little more classic, then why not ask your solo wedding singer or DJ for some advice? As these professionals are likely to perform at a great number of weddings, they are often able to provide some great suggestions of tunes that will be the perfect way to spend your first dance as a married couple moving around the dance floor to.

If you are hiring a solo wedding singer, make sure that he or she has the song already in their repertoire, or is able to learn it in time for your big day; your singer of choice will often be able to give you a clear indicator of how much time they need for learning a song before they are ready to perform it.

You can also conduct an online search and see the suggestions of other people when it comes to great songs for the first dance; using the internet is also a great way to remind yourself of tunes that you and your partner have both loved, but may have forgotten about.

However you find your shortlist of potential weddings songs, be sure to choose a track that is meaningful for you as a couple. This can be difficult to do, so spend some time with your partner listening to the lyrics of each song, seeing if any of the words resonate with you. Lyrics are very important – perhaps more so than the tune – so pay attention here.

You and your partner can also narrow down your list of potential songs by choosing a genre of music that you both like. You may both see a rock ballad as being first dance material, or instead prefer an upbeat pop song that starts your evening – and your life together – on an uplifting note.

Whichever song you do end up choosing, make sure that your DJ or solo wedding singer is aware of your choice and can perform it for you. It is best to confirm this early on to avoid disappointment.

Choosing a first dance song does not have to be difficult, it just requires some researching of possible suitable tracks, listening to lyrics and selecting a couple of choice genres to help you make a decision. In all cases, be true to who you really are as a couple without catering to your guests’ expectations, and you are sure to find a song that suits you both.

Choosing The Perfect Theme for Your Wedding

Weddings aren’t exactly as pleasant as it seems and especially when you have to plan and pay for it. Preparing for a wedding can be pretty stressful especially if you get confounded by various choices like when you have to select a flower or a theme or a flower arrangement. Things can get out of hand pretty quick which is why you need to find someone who picks and handles all the themes and decorations and executes them well. However, you need to choose a few things for a marriage decoration and listed below are few that you need to decide upon.

Consider the season

One of the things to consider before you even start planning for your wedding is the season you would be getting married in. accordingly you can pick a place, a theme and decorations. You need to consider the convenience of the guests as well since you would not want to leave with an unpleasant taste in their mouth. Pick a suitable time and come up with the marriage decoration and theme accordingly.

Pick a theme

Planning a wedding involves a theme. Now this is directly dependent on the time and place you select to tie the knot. Now, you might plan for an outdoor wedding theme which is very different from an indoor wedding and even require pleasant weather conditions. Also, the theme wedding decorations will differ according to the theme you select. Like if you choose a beach wedding, it will differ greatly from a royal or palace wedding.

Choose your decorations… wisely

Decoration is something you need to be very careful about. You do not want your wedding decorations to be tacky or gaudy ones. You want chic and sophisticated. However, this also depends on the location and setting as well. Like for outdoor weddings you would want suitable outdoor wedding decoration that would go along with the theme, like flower arrangements, etc. you can choose the proper flowers either from going through the flower decoration pictures or you can share your ideas with your decorators.

Choose your colour

Choosing the perfect colour can be a daunting task. When thinking about the colour do consider the theme. Like for outdoor wedding decoration, you would want to keep it breezy and chic. So you can hang flower arrangements on columns with white dupattas or with Christmas lights. Also, while choosing the colour of the flower arrangements you can leaf through flower decoration pictures to choose the perfect arrangement for your wedding.

Overthinking: a strict no-no before the wedding

One of the most common things that every bride does that tends to make the whole process stressful is overthinking it. Overthinking as a bride is something you should always abstain from as it deteriorates the whole situation. You can always leaf through magazines or ask your decorator for Indian wedding decoration themes as they are bound to have some suggestions that would match with your wedding plans.
Though weddings require a lot of planning, much of the stress can be reduced by delegating the tasks to your decorators. Just pick a theme from the various Indian wedding decoration themes and you will be good to go. So go ahead and get one now and tie the knot stress-free!

Choosing Your Photography Style

There are very few memories that is as deeply embedded in your heart as the day on which you get married. Every moment of the day of your wedding is something that you would want to treasure and make a special place for. Capturing these moments is important and that is exactly where wedding photography comes into play. Every photograph from the wedding tells a story and these stories are enhanced by the style of the photography. Most wedding albums consist of photos that are clicked in one of the four styles talked about here.

Styles of Wedding Photography

Consult any wedding photographer about ideas for wedding photography and you will be asked to first pick a style that you would be comfortable with for your wedding. There are four main types of wedding photography. Depending on your aesthetic sensibilities and what you want from your wedding photographs, you can choose one or a combination of these photography styles for your nuptial ceremony.

Traditional Wedding Photography
This is the style of photography that most of us are familiar with as this is the most common style for wedding photos. The photographs tend be posed for in a certain manner and the photographer has a lot of say in how the photos will look. There will be a sense of chronology to the images. While traditional wedding photos ensure that there are many brilliantly posed images for the wedding album, the problem lies in the fact that it often looks stiff and too rigid. The happiness that is evident in candid photos tends to be missing with these photos. These photos tend to be slightly too formal and can be reminiscent of an era gone by. But the benefit of such a style is that you will have all the images that you expect out of a wedding album.

Contemporary Wedding Photography
With contemporary wedding photography one thing that you can be sure of is that you will never end up with similar photos. Every image will be as unique as you yourself are. There is a sense of fun and an element of fun that is attached to contemporary wedding photography. While there may be posing, there is a more stylistic sense to it. The backgrounds for the images will be such that they look straight out of a fashion or lifestyle magazine. This results in images that have a major feel good factor that is synonymous with it, thanks to the glossy appearance. The major problem with this style of photography is that after a couple of years there is a sense of age that becomes attached to the photos because it loses its trend factor. But despite that, if you are looking for gorgeous, fashionable photos of your special day, then this may be the style to pick.

Photojournalism Wedding Photography
You may wonder what journalism has to do with wedding photography? Well, the answer is that this style of photography uses the inherent characteristics of photojournalism while clicking pictures. The photographer becomes a part of the crowd clicking in-the-moment photographs that capture the special instances at the wedding. This style of photography is candid and very different from what is traditionally posed photography. There is certain freshness that is attributed to this reportage style of photography. Also there is a sense of a story that is being told through the photographs. The problem with this style of photography lies in the fact that you are never sure of how the photos may turn out. If you opt for this style of photography for your wedding then ensure that your photographer has experience with the style. You after all want to have many happy memories of the wedding.

Artistic Wedding Photography
What is the definitive feature of this type of wedding photography? Well, as is evident from the name given to this style of photography, the images of a painting like feel to them. Every image is unique either because of a conscious intervention by the photographer or due to sheer beauty of the setting of the photograph. If you want to choose this style of photography for your wedding, then you need to understand the style and see whether it holds any appeal for you. These image may be slightly unorthodox and risky. Choose this style if you want photographs that have a magical and other worldly effect in them. While this style may not have been very popular, many couples are breaking traditions and option for artistically clicked photographs.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and the memories from the day should be such that they last you a lifetime. Choose from the varied styles so that you have images from your wedding that will make you smile with happiness every time you look at them.

How to Find a Right Wedding Photographer

Between all the different styles of photography, types of films, and different personalities of photographers, choosing a photographer can often seem like an impossible task. This guide will help you choose the right theme, and photographer so that your wedding photos are truly memorable.

Selecting a Style
The first point we will discuss is the style of photography. There are many different styles that photographers use, and the one you want for your wedding depends upon your taste. The two most popular styles used in wedding photography are photojournalistic and portrait. The two most common styles of pictures used are posed and casual.

The photographer who specializes in portrait style should be able to take both posed and casual shots. Generally, a photographer who uses this style will take more posed than casual pictures because couples usually prefer this style. It is fine if you are such a couple, but you may run into problems if you want more casual pictures later. One way to find out what style a photographer uses is by going through his portfolio.

A photographer who uses a photojournalistic approach usually takes shots that are not planned, and because of this the pictures appear casual. Often the photographer using this style has some experience in journalism. The shots taken are often spontaneous.

There is a third type of photographer as well. Whether it is a friend or relative, this person is a hobbyist photographer who will offer to photograph the wedding for free, or very low cost. Your pictures may not be top of the line but it remains an option if you don’t want to spend on a professional photographer.

Film – A return to Black and White?
Color is the most popular choice in wedding photography, but black & white is slowly gaining popularity. Black & white film will give you a more artistic-looking album. It also lasts longer than a color film. Color is the more versatile of the two. Color pictures will give you a more accurate portrayal of your wedding day. They can be made into black & white prints, but won’t last as long as the black & white pictures. Photographers who use the photojournalistic style are more apt to use black & white film. The choice is usually made according to the to-be-married couple’s tastes.

Another consideration is the speed of the film. Most photographers will already have a standard that they use in certain situations. The couple don’t need to worry about the film speed. When using a hobbyist photographer, a discussion about film speed may occur. Since most hobbyist photographers use a 35mm camera, the focus will generally be on 100, 200, or 400 speed film. 100 speed is best in strong sunlight and is the least grainiest of the three. 200 speed is the middle ground, and is often used for partial sun or partial shade. 400 speed works well in low light. 400 speed is most commonly used for wedding photography because it can be used for both indoor and outdoor shots.

Your Photographers Personality
Wedding photographers have a reputation for being high strung and haughty. Not all wedding photographers are this way, but some are. Most couples are looking for a photographer who takes great pictures, and also is sociable during the wedding. It is best if you interview the photographer before you hire him. Ask to-the-point questions and gauge his reactions. If you feel that the photographer is putting on an act, he probably is. Trust your instincts. Ask for references, and then follow up on them. Make sure to ask about the photographer’s personality. If you feel comfortable with the photographer and vice versa, it will show in the pictures.

The Perfect Portfolio
Finally, always look through a photographer’s portfolio. In case of a hobbyist photographer, look through albums of pictures that he has taken. These photographs will probably be the best that the photographer has taken, but should give you an indication of what to expect. Look for photographs where subjects are slightly out-of-focus, where attention is drawn away from the subject, muted colors, streaks in pictures, and so on. If you find any of these things, it’s likely that the pictures of your wedding day will contain some of these elements as well.

Select Your Wedding Cake

You know what’s overrated at weddings sometimes? The wedding cake. No, don’t get me wrong. I totally get that a wedding cake is something that is judged (come on, admit it) with a microscope the size of Jupiter in every guest’s head. Does the color match that of the bridesmaids’ dresses? Does it have fondant or frosting? Why couldn’t it be another flavor? And as if that isn’t enough, the bridal couple has its own set of worries. I hope it doesn’t topple over. Why is everyone taking the fondant off the cake? I paid good money for it! I hope someone saves me a slice; I don’t think there’s enough for everyone. There goes half my paycheck! While I understand that it could be your one and only dream to have a super-fantastic cake at your wedding (in which case you shouldn’t even be reading this. *shocked*), let’s put the dream aside for a bit and ask you: is a big fancy cake really a practical option for you? Do you really want to have one big enough to serve the entire guest list? Apart from the ever-increasing costs of cakes, there’s so much more to it than just the flavor and appearance. Are you willing to do all that it takes?

What do we suggest? Cutting a small cake for tradition sake, and having alternatives―really awesome alternatives to serve your guests as dessert. Trust me, the sooner you accept that sometimes a wedding cake is just not worth all the hoopla surrounding it, the earlier you will enjoy the delicious alternate ideas presented here. So, are you ready to take a ride into a world where sugar and indulgence reign supreme? Hop on!
Assorted Desserts

The answer to any sweet lover’s prayers, an assorted dessert bar. Instead of picking out a dessert for your guests, give them an array to choose from. Your wedding will be a super hit!
Brownies

You know what’s the best part about brownies? And yes, I do mean apart from the utter sinful pleasure they give your taste buds. Oh wait, that’s it.
Cake in Mugs

The latest darling of the baking world, cakes in mugs are the perfect way to indulge your guests in a treat that they’ll remember forever. Excuse me while I drool.
Cake Pops

That’s right. Instead of investing in a huge cake, shell out for adorable cake pops decorated in the true wedding spirit. They’re delicious to look at and to eat, so you can’t go wrong with them, ever!
Cornets

These delicious cream-filled delights are to die for. Take it a step further, and instead of cream, have cold frozen yogurt ice cream filled into warm cornets and served to your guests.
Crème Brûlée

What’s not to love in the wonderful combination of a hard, crisp outer layer and the soft, mushy inside filled with custard(y) goodness. Sigh!
Croquembouche

Fluffy choux pastry. Cream. Toffee. 3 ingredients to make anyone go weak in the knees. Do we have a winner? I think we do!
Cupcakes

Ah! The most reliable alternative to a wedding cake, a table full of cupcakes! Mind you, getting exact replicas of a wedding cake as cupcakes can cost you a fortune, so choose your design wisely.
Desserts Shots

For a perfect end to the scrumptious meal at your wedding, serve your guests dessert shots. Fill it with a dessert of your choice (these have granola, ice cream, berries, and marshmallows) and watch as they’re gobbled down.
Donuts

Donuts are another major hit when it comes to serving unconventional dessert. Chocolate, frosting, sprinkles, sugar, custard―the options you can use to top your donuts with are endless.
Flavored Popcorn

Who can say no to flavored popcorn. Just look at those pretty, feather-weight bites beckoning you to consume them as soon as you can. Caramel, strawberry, honey, jaggery―so many delicious flavors to choose from. Don’t leave them waiting.
Crispy Treats

For those who need a healthy nibble every step of the way, here’s a nifty option: grain/cereal bars drenched in rich dark chocolate.
Ice Cream

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! No matter how old that gets, no one with a sweet tooth will be able to decline the frosty goodness of ice cream. Cups or cones, your choice!
Ice Cream Sandwiches

Dark, solid biscuits sandwiching cool, thick, rich ice cream. Does it get better than this? I think not. What about you?
Mini Custard Pie

Miniature pies are the way to go when you want to serve your guests something delicious and crispy. And I recommend custard pies. What better glee than biting into this bite-sized wonder!
Mini Custard Cake

Custard again. Yes, it is most definitely one of the most adored fillings for dessert. Serve your guests mini custard-flavored cakes to win their hearts!
Mini Raspberry Cheesecakes

Who doesn’t love cheesecake, right? Add to that a marvelous raspberry flavor, make it miniature-sized, and you have a winner of a dessert.
Swiss Rolls

There’s something about these decadent, jam-packed rolls that one simply can’t get enough of. Don’t believe it? Serve it as dessert, and watch the magic!
Truffles

Wanna tempt your guest beyond imagination? Have yummy, melt-in-your-mouth truffles at the dessert table. Fancy it up by placing handfuls in martini glasses. This way, each guest gets his own little glass of joy!
Waffles

Having a day wedding? Surprise your guests with a timeless breakfast favorite: waffles! Ditch the staple honey or syrup, and serve it dusted with rich cocoa.
Again, it’s not that using a wedding cake is a complete no-no. It’s just that serving something else as dessert seems more fun and unconventional, and may be just the thing you’re looking for to set your wedding apart from the others.

You can place them in a beautiful gift box tied with satin ribbon and a message that reads, “Showoff your love for each other. Wear em’ proud!”.
